Litsa is amazing. My increasing 'over-use' injury and neck vertebra protrusion; impingement of nerves shoulder and arms and general degeneration and probably myriad strains, plus poor posture and fairly newly-discovered but quite notable scoliosis [and lopsided hips] etc. To the point that I can't sleep for ages and sometimes paid wakes me. So lots for this lady to 'iron out' and hopefully relieve. My first session which was a tonic in itself, wonderful, not painful, pressure with varying treatments. Felt I was walking on a cloud when I came out of the clinic and today feel so much freer and looser of limb. I shall be undertaking a full programme with Litsa as I have such confidence in her abilities. My partner was recommended by a friend first and he's thoroughly happy, so he recommended to me and I'm certain I will pass on the good news to others in pain.

I went in with the hopes of getting rid of the pain I've been having from sciatica but was very sceptical. Lisa did her assessments and explained what seemed wrong and what needed adjusting. She then started working on me and by the time she was finished I felt pain free. Lisa is such a lovely character. I'm back in with her again next week.

I can’t say I was sceptical but I just wasn’t sure how much anyone could help. Not only was Lisa super welcoming she explained and coached me through everything she was doing. She was intuitive and asked questioned that really helped tailor my experience. Again I wasn’t sure how much the service would help but I felt so much better and this was enhanced by her recommendations or stretch and tools I could use away from our sessions. Happy to be going back a few more times to correct my body and I feel all the better for it! Highly recommend it feels homely but bespoke and I’m so grateful to my hubby for arranging this and for Lisa and her services
